This Cookie Policy explains how HavAcrop Farms Private Limited ("Havacrop," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on havacrop.com and its associated website deployments (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Disclaimer.
Current Position
The Site uses necessary technologies and the optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity services described below. Advertising and marketing technologies are not active. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the cookie notice because the Site relies on them to remember your preference, protect and operate the service, or provide a feature you explicitly request.
Necessary Preference Cookie
Havacrop sets a first-party cookie named havacrop_cookie_preferences. It records the consent-policy version, your Analytics and Marketing category choices, and the date of your choice. It does not contain your name, email address, form content, or precise location.

Google Maps and Places
The Farm Conversation form provides Google-powered address suggestions and a location-pin tool. Google may receive the address query or location you enter or select, your IP address, browser or device information, and other technical data needed to provide the service. Google may use cookies or similar storage under its own terms and privacy policy.
Havacrop treats Google Maps/Places as necessary for this user-requested form function. The feature is available without optional-cookie consent. A Farm Conversation site location must be confirmed through a Google address suggestion, your current location, or the map pin; you can contact Havacrop by email instead if you do not want to use this feature.
Optional Technologies
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are active optional Analytics technologies when configured and permitted under the regional and visitor-choice rules described below. Havacrop does not currently activate advertising or marketing technologies. If another optional technology is introduced, Havacrop will identify its provider, purpose, and duration here, update the consent-policy version, and request a new choice where required before activation.
Accepting or Rejecting
Selecting Accept permits both optional categories. Selecting Customize lets you choose Analytics and Marketing independently; Necessary technology remains selected and cannot be disabled in the panel. Google address search and form security remain available regardless of the optional choice.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, and any location that cannot be determined reliably must actively allow Analytics before Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity loads. Elsewhere, Analytics may be enabled on arrival where permitted, subject to the visitor's saved choice. A Global Privacy Control signal defaults Analytics to off. Every visitor can disable Analytics at any time through Cookie Preferences.
Your choice is stored separately on each website domain. A preference saved on havacrop.com cannot be read by a vercel.app deployment, so you may be asked again when visiting a different domain.
Changing Your Choice
You can review or change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting the preference cookie will cause the notice to appear again on your next visit.
Policy Changes
We may update this Policy when the Site, its providers, or applicable requirements change. Material changes to optional technologies will invalidate the stored consent version so that the Site can request a new choice.

Cloudflare Turnstile and Contact Form Security
The inquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile evaluates security signals such as IP address, browser or device characteristics, and the site origin when an enabled email-verification step requests a code or when an inquiry is submitted. It does not receive the content you type into the inquiry form.
Havacrop classifies Turnstile as strictly necessary security technology. It cannot be disabled through the optional-cookie preferences because doing so would leave the inquiry and verification endpoints open to automated abuse. Most visitors will not see an interactive challenge; Cloudflare may request interaction when its security assessment requires it.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
Havacrop uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, traffic source, and interactions with the Site. Advertising storage, Google Signals, and advertising-personalization signals are disabled by the Site implementation.
Havacrop uses Microsoft Clarity to understand navigation, clicks, scrolling, and page usability through aggregated insights, heatmaps, and session-replay features. Clarity masks form inputs. Analytics consent is communicated through Clarity's Consent API, and advertising storage remains denied.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, and locations that cannot be determined reliably, these analytics tools remain unloaded until Analytics is actively allowed. Elsewhere, Analytics may be enabled on arrival where permitted. Every visitor can disable Analytics through Cookie Preferences; the Site then sends denied consent signals, removes accessible first-party analytics cookies, and prevents the tools from loading on later pages. A browser Global Privacy Control signal defaults Analytics to off.
